Q & C

Unread post by Billy Goat » Tue Oct 27, 2015 7:09 am

This "floodlit" watering hole that the webcam watches over, do any large animals ever visit?
I have only ever seen vast views of nothingness, the odd bird and once I think that I saw a bushpig.
I have looked early morning, mid day, evenings

Definitely warthog. There is no long tail. It is a rock, and not a ball of fluff at the end of a tail.

Is this just a temporary situation?Where have the hippos "gone?"I have seen the water pool to the right and just beyond the original waterhole.

Just concerned!, :hmz:

Hi all, Orpen webcam will be down today. The team is currently working on the waterhole trying to put some rocks as suggested to chase the hippos away and allow other animals to have access to the water.
