Saw several of these lovely birds in KNP earlier this month. Are they increasing in numbers or just more noticeable in the absence of the Europeans?

Great pic leeukos.

I prefer this bird to his more common and striking cousin, the LBR.

Great Dane, I had to take mine with a flash that morning very early whilst it was still asleep on that branch. Maybe the flash brought out the purple a bit more. :?
