Rare Sighting - Long Toed Lapwing

Unread post by Lee_Doolan » Wed Aug 19, 2015 9:16 am

Please note that a Long Toed Lapwing was seen and photographed on the banks of the Crocodile River from Ngwenya Lodge. The bird was there from 8 - 11 August 2015. (http://groups.google.co.za/group/sa-rarebirdnews). Lee Doolan

The Bird has since moved and has been seen in the vicinity of the crocodile bridge causeway area a few times in the past few days.
