They are tough birds to photograph: they move like lightning!


After WTM posted his pix I realised that I do not have any shots of this palm-swift in my collection. It being a very common bird here in Middelburg, I set off this morning with the express goal of getting this bird on my photography list. Very frustrating to have only one passable shot to show for three hours work!
