I think of a Lizard Buzzard, small size, it seem's has a black line under the throat
or if not a Gabar Goshawk...

It's a Lizard Buzzard Anne Marie and quite a nice picture of one too.

Good to hear that. How long is that list now?
I think you can always tell the Lizard Buzard by its 'kindlier' expression. True Hawks 'glare' at you.
That and the more upright stance of the Buzzard.
It seems to be a youngster as the white throat patch is not develped and neither is the eye ring but you can see they are forming.

Finally found a Lizard buzzard! :dance: 22 June 2012, on the Phalaborwa - Mopani Rd only a couple of km's from the T-junction with the Phalaborwa-Letaba Rd (very nice "last" sighting of the week on the way back home...) :D

Probably not the size of a love bird more like a pigeon :lol: but definitely a Lizard Buzzard! Nice sighting....
