I think no 1 is a African Hawk Eagle but a young bird
no 2 Wahlberg's Eagle Yellow cere and gape, look at that little crest on the head
If I am incorrect will one of the raptor experts help with the ID

Was on an early morning game drive....
Saw this eagle on a dead tree. on the 8th of June 2016....our guide told us it was a Crowned Eagle...not to sure if it is....

Might rather be an immature martial eagle, Oumie ... but I'm no expert :wink:

Hi there.

A few last raptors I need help with please

1. Is this a tawny eagle? Its so extremely light in color?

2. I just cant seem to see the difference between these eagles. Is this one maybe a Lesser spotted eagle? :wall:

3. This one looks the same as the one oumie saw. Juv Martial? It was at least 300m and I zoomed in completely AND cropped it. It was a huge eagle
