In addition to the coloration of the birds the white-eye ring of the Cape Bulbul is another identification characteristic that seperate it from its Dark-capped cousin

They are quite common in our area, they have a very distinct call & the yellow markings under the tail is also another ID pointer & as Francois said the white ring around the eye is a give away.
