It was a toss up between going to the doctor, as I am quite sick and week, or potentially dying happy.

Managed both.

Somehow this blond forgot to add the Yellow Wagtail  and Rufous-winged Cisticola Seen at Sappi, Stanger in June to my list. Add to that the Monotonous Lark confirmed yesterday from my March Kruger trip, my total is now 395.

Been a very slow year for me so far (I had to cancel my Zimbabwe trip :( ) so just added one since January.

Now on 638
The new addition was the popular Burchell's Courser :D
Latest Lifers: Spotted Crake, Western Marsh-Harrier, Gorgeous Bush-Shrike, Burchell's Courser

With your total, I am amazed that you could still add one TrevorC! Maybe you can still go on a Zimbabwe trip later in the year?

There is fight in the old dog still Hilda.

I am looking to get to 750 this yearend still.

Joh has organised a 3 day weekend's birding at the end of October staying at Pafuri, and the excellent Brenden Pienaar will again be the guide, and I am in.

Together with Albert and Ladybirder, there is enough birding wisdom for a great time.

GOOD NEWS!!! 2 places just became vacant thanks to the stork scheduling a visit, so they are up for grabs.

Interested? Contact me and I will pass your info on to Joh or send Johan van Rensburg a PM..
