RoelfA. Great shot of the desert water hole, but try to place it now. :thumbs_up: Gharagab or somewhere on the Bitterpan Auob route? :hmz:

Thanks LQ. Have not been there for 3 years because it was closed off in 2013. I should have browsed through my KTP guide by Peter Dericks. The photo in the book looks nearly the same. Now where is the Big lioness of Kij Gamies. :wink:

Nice to see the (salt)pan again! I can remember (and somewhere there must be some pictures on my computer....) that it was full of water a few years ago. I have to search some time in the future for these pictures but for now a sunrise shot on our latest trip to the Kalahari (shot near TR)
