My only sighting of the Bat Eared Fox in KTP so far. :hmz:

This was one of a pair, a fair distance off the road a few kms North of Urikuruus waterhole. The male disappeared down a hole before I could get a picture and was soon followed by this female just seconds after this shot. This posting is a heavily cropped one and she may be identifiable to others by what appears to be an injured right eye. Just love that smile though :)

I don't know what the jackal was eating but it wasn't very tastful because short after this picture was taken he/she started to vomit.
