I photographed him exactly 2 years ago -- is he dead now?

Sadly yes but he did ruled for a long time, had a good life and photograph by people form all over the world... :thumbs_up:

It is sad when a beautiful Lion like that comes to the end of the road,but like yoy say,he gave the people many stunning photo's.

12 February 2015
A sighting so special, it has to be shared!!
On a sunset drive from Nossob, at Rooikop waterhole we saw 20 lions together in and next to the road.
There were 2 pride males, 5 adult lionesses and 13 cubs!
Yes, all the cubs that were previously seen together a while ago are well and alive!!
Truelly amazing!!

13 February
The next mornig we saw them again!! They were all huddled together between fallen logs halfway between
the turnoff to Marie se Draai and the waterhole on the left side of the road. We couln't see any adults, maybe they were out hunting.
