Your Kruger National Park Guide - Frans Rautenbach

Unread post by Yoda » Thu Jul 28, 2016 5:09 pm

I have recently purchased and read a copy of
Your Kruger National Park Guide - Binoculars, Gravel Road and Map by Frans Rautenbach

Although this book is aimed at first timers to Kruger, or people with limited Kruger experience, it can be enjoyed by experienced visitors too.

It is a well written humerous book explaining how to "do" Kruger.
It covers all aspects from detailed descirptions of camps, some suggested routes, what to pack for the trip, the various routes to Kruger, which routes are likely to yield the "Big 5" and so much more.
Facts and info with lots of personal stories and annecdotes

Although it is mainly aimed at newbies, it is amusing, and I think experienced Kruger Park visitors would enjoy it too.

It was well worth reading.
For both oldies and newbies as you say.
If anything, it was very amusing.
