I'm American- of Spanish descent- with a bit of Irish and French thrown in- and my husband is South African..moved to the US about 8 years ago.

I am also new on the forums and we are planning our 1st trip together to SA! Can't wait!!!!

Born and raised in Germany, still holding a German passport.
Moved to Switzerland 20 years ago.
Lost my heart to the African bush in 1990.
Adopted a girl from Ethiopia last year.

Born is SA, Dutch family, parents and sister. Stayed in the Netherlands for 5 years, and am back again, still speak dutch at home

My parents are Dutch, my grandparents are Dutch, my friends are dutch, my wife is Dutch and my children are Dutch too!!! :lol:
