Dawn in Africa, KrugerPark. A great moment of the day when the sun is coming up and the wildlife is doing their job.

Video, Dawn in Africa, Krugerpark

Unread post by Nico » Mon Oct 20, 2008 11:13 am

Early in the morning is the most beautiful moment to see wildlife. Dawn in Africa, Krugerpark is a video of wildlife and their behaviour early in the morning. You will see also an encounter with a Black Rhino and a Black Sable. This was filmed in 2008 Juli/August.

I Have loads of nice video's made in Kruger recently. Just want to know, what is the best option for video editing software which isn't too expensive. The reason why i don't upload them is becuase I need to alter the background sound....

Here is one I did upload: (Roaring lion @ Berg-en-Dal)

Tlopi 11 July Tambotie 12 July, Olifants Backpack trail 13-16 July, Letaba 16 July, Balule 17 July, and Sable Hide 18 July and Lower Sabie 19-20 July Can't wait actually :)

I can't believe that guy sped past like that!

My recommendation would be Premiere Elements but then I'm an Adobe man. Elements is packed full of great features, it supports HD and it burns a cracking dvd.
The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity

Unread post by Nico » Tue Oct 21, 2008 3:01 pm

Down at the Waterhole, Talamati Bushcamp, August 2008. The Waterhole at Talamati has always something to see. Lots of animals coming to drink there. We also saw a Black Sable. 8)

The Young Ones. Young animals are always very adorable and even the biggest baby's like the Elephant and Rhino are so special to film. In this video you see some young Elephants and a young Rhino.

Thank you, nicolemeiring. If I remember correctly, the video was taken in January 2004 on the S94…there was a lot of rain and we found this pool of water in the middle of nowhere. We spend a very long time with them…it was so much fun to watch their antics. 8)

Here is another (more comical) video clip we took in KNP….it appears not all baboons are born to climb.

Perseverance will prevail…someday
