This youngster's behaviour seems so unreal Jan! The bravest young Fish Eagle I have ever seen! You should receive some sort of prize for this magnificent sighting! :clap: :clap:

a Big thank you to every one that followed my story and all the comments...... :thumbs_up:

He had enough and time to take off ......what a once in a life time experience :D .... we had another session the next morning and will share later.... :hmz:

My word but that Fish Eagle Mum is beautiful. She looks like she is wearing a beautiful designer cloak.

Stunning Jan :clap: :clap: :clap: with the reflection too.

I really love the Squacco Heron and have only ever seen one on two occasions. The last time was this recent trip of ours on the river loops north of Letaba. It was just too far for us to be able to photograph with our particular camera.
