What a fantastic hippo and jacana shot...if looks could kill

The double jacana reflection is just brilliant

I love this thread as the standard of photography is simply first class :thumbs_up: :thumbs_up:

Friends of mine arrived yesterday in Kruger and this morning received the feed of what Lake Panic looked like this morning early - 06h39.

Beautiful Jan :clap: I had a bit of catching up to do, but enjoyed it as always.

Pied Kingfisher in such an unusual pose.

The double jacana shot is so special and the one with the hippo gives an amazing insight into just how huge the hippo is in comparison.

Lake Panic this morning as per incoming feed....Sunday, 17 May 2015

My friends commented that it seemed that visitors were sleeping in the hide last night as when he arrived early this morning. t was packed. :roll: Him and his wife did manage to get a seat, though. :D

Herewith the :cam: he sent me this morning at 06h50. Cloud cover around today at Lake Panic.

I am yet to see these guys up close at LP. But lovely photo - I was there in Friday and Saturday and once again marvelled at the beutiful colours.

isinkwe, :whistle: I cannot do that, they promised to send me these nice :cam: and will do so tonight when moving camp to Lower Sabie. :D

In the moment - 18 May 2015 this morning's sunrise coming via cell phone feed from my 'agents' :D

My friends are moving camp today i.e. :dance: from Skukuza to Lower Sabie where they will stay for 5 days. Watch out as we move to the Sunset dam thread for updates coming from our 'agents on the scene'... :dance:
