My second new sighting ..... my first ever sighting and image of the Pygmy-Kingfisher :dance: :dance:

Little bit far for my lens........but for sure a keeper until next time... :thumbs_up:

What am AMAZING sighting, Jan. :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

Firstly - well spotted as they are tiny little kingfishers. :dance:

I have only seen one on the road between Sable dam and Phalaborwa gate as it was catching fish in a little water pool next to the road, but very difficult to photograph.

Stunning :cam: and just shows that LP is just an amazing place full of surprises. :lol:

This must have made you trip a very successful one with Black heron and now this Pygmy Kingfisher :dance: :dance: :dance:
