Thank you for the comments

Great catch and image Roelf!!

Tomorrow I am on my way to Kruger for a few weeks and plan to visit LP every day if the weather plays along ... : :hmz: :hmz:

BIG thank you for all the views and specially thank you for those who took time and give comments ....without the comments the gallery means nothing and make it worthwhile to take so much time to process all the images and upload them to share with the mates all over the world

Though I end with another few shots of my once in a lifetime sighting last year December........Standoff between the brave young Fish Eagle and young Bushbuck
(Again thank you for voting the scene as the DSLR Animal and bird sighting of the year)

Cheers ...........and please keep LP active...

Just an amazing sighting you enjoyed last Dec, Jan.

Save travel and know you will enjoy a wonderful time at LP. I visited just a few times unfortunately and late yesterday afternoon the light was a big challeng for action shots :wall: Both fish eagles are active and juvenile really being spoilt. Squacco also busy and spotted for my first time the Giant kingfisher.

We did had a scary moment in the hide as in the one corner a young Mozambican spitting cobra was watching all the action becoming a "star" wit cameras working overtime.
Just shows once again that before one enters a hide, to first check it out for any 'visitors'.
Will post photo once back end of the month.
