This is history now, but I would like tyo share two photos' with you. We spent the month of November in the Kruger, and we had never experienced both the quantity and quality of sightings on previous visits.
We were travelling on HI-4 having left Satara fairly early, Barb was driving, when I spotted something jump, I asked Barb to pull over, but said don't get too excited it might only be a monkey. What a suprise when we saw this little guy jumping off the log under th watchful eye ofhis mother
Later in the trip we were on the S50 close to the junction with H14 when three young adult Cheetah emerged from the bush, we were with them for about an hour, in that that time we never saw another car until the very end. They played, they mock fought, they laid around in the road. The alpha jumped up on the bonnet of the car and attempted to scratch his way through the windshield at what he saw as easy meals. After all of this they appeared to be disapearing into the bush, when I realised that the alpha was stalking, saw the dash and watched him bring down a male Impala in long grass. They were new to killing which took a while as we could hear the Impala for quite a few minutes.
I wish that I had done this sooner, but we still have not organized our photos' yet.
I am hoping that the photos' are included.

My goodness what an experience.   I am sure that your adrenaline was pumping after that.

The pictures are not yet attached, I pop back later and check it out.
