Compliments for Winslow Ntlhamu, duty manager Mopani

Unread post by Impisi08 » Sat Feb 16, 2013 6:15 pm

Just got back home from another stay in Kruger. During the problems with the flood I stayed in Mopani. On Sunday evening January 20th the duty manager Winslow Ntlhamu checked to see if everbody made it back to camp and was not stuck in the mud. The next day he informed me and other people in person about the closure of the Letaba bridge and when the bridge was open again. My compliments for Winslow Ntlhamu. It is good to know that the duty manager is concerned about his guests.

Reception and Camp Staff at Marakele

Unread post by Hippotragus » Mon Feb 25, 2013 2:36 pm

We stayed at Motswere Guest House 1-4 February 2013.

Before booking, I corresponded via e-mail with Miriam at Reception - checking if bookings were open etc. She was fantastic and I made the booking through her. On our arrival, she gave me a big hug and, when we got to the Guest House I got a missed call from her and a message asking if we were settling in OK (poor cell reception).

We do not normally have TV in the bush, but because it was there, my husband wanted to watch some sport. No luck! Then Solly arrived from Tlopi Camp. He came and went and came back several times (including after hours) until he got it working. I think Sipho also became involved somewhere along the line!

Samora was at Reception when we left and, as usual, was helpful and friendly.

Thank you Miriam, Solly and Samora. You all do SANParks and your park, Marakele, proud.

Hi Tentdweller,

Have you had a look at this topic??

How to host photos

If you have and it still does not make any sense, please ask again or say which part you don't understand and we'll lend a helping hand.
