Wildcard Service and Support

Very sad but I am now beyond ideas. My card was stolen with my wallet 3 months ago and I ten asked how to get a new one. That answer took 2 weeks... Over 2 months ago I paid the costs and asked them to post the card. Over the last 2 months i have sent 8 follow up emails and haven't had a single response. Does anyone have the email for a manager at the support centre please?

Hi Angus and welcome to the forum! :clap:

Have your tried using the Do you have a Query from this page on the website.
If you have a trip coming up just remember you don't have to have the actual card to gain entry, just bring the payment confirmation paper and that will be perfectly OK. :thumbs_up:
