Problem with registration of Wild Card

Unread post by paulina.bawor » Mon Oct 05, 2015 3:26 pm

HI,
We really want to purchase a membership card, but it is impossible. When we are fulfilling the form, on the second step of registration, we cannot go further - the page is telling us that we left empty space next to the "Town/City". What should we do now? We are arriving to South Africa on the 3rd November and we really really need that card.

Trying to purchase a new membership but I can't enter my birth date on the very first screen. Tried on both IE and Chrome without any luck.

Please look into this or let me know where else I can buy a new Wild card.

Thanks

Ho DotDan,

Sorry - are you getting an error at all? And are you renewing or buying a new one?

Trying to purchase a new one. There are no fields to enter ID number and the birth date field doesn't allow one to enter anything. If you try to proceed it then gives an error message that you haven't entered ID or Birth Date..

I have tried it on both the latest versions of IE and Chrome, same problem.

I've asked someone from the Tech Team to take a look.

It is disappointing that the same problems that occurred two years ago, when I tried to renew wild cards for Christmas presents for family members, are still present now. It is unable to recognise SA id numbers or surnames, or even wild card numbers. Please fix it. We are maybe 15 km from a SanParks office, but many others don't have that option.

Hi Nathalie and Welcome!

Quite a few international visitors are having this problem, have a look at the thread about renewing the international WildCard. The forum moderators are hoping to get some answers for us. In the thread about renewals, Russ posted an email address, so you might try that. They sent him a form that he could email back.

Good luck!

Hi All, looking for some help, advice please.

A couple of months ago my partner tried purchasing a Wildcard over the online option. Twice the "transaction" was rejected, only the third time did it work (and she now has her International Wild Card).

Unfortunately, three membership amounts were knocked off her credit card - the two rejected attempts and the third attempt which was ok. We have now for weeks been trying to get Wildcard refunds to credit back 2x International WC memberships - to no avail. The first email was responded to, asking for CCard details - since then silence.

Since its not a small amount of money we would really like to get the refund on two memberships which the system showed as rejected!

Any advice on how we can get the credit? Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!! :)

A member of our party just tried to purchase a Wild Card on line. We are from the US and don't have an ZA number but entered our passport number, the system insisted on a ZA number. I used the system (USA) also and had no issues, went through fine. but I am registered for on line purchases. Any suggestions?
