For an unknown reason I have two client codes. I recently made a reservation and was advised to use a specific code, yet when I access my account online, a web page opens which defaults to the other code, and needless to say, does not reflect my reservation details. The result was that I was unable to make an amendment on my reservation. After NUMEROUS frustrating emails to Reservations, the Webmaster, Helpdesk and phone calls to the call centre, I was finally assisted by Mrs Lerato Khoza and Mr Senzo Mncina. Kudos to them for the professional and speedy response to my query, which enabled me to successfully update the reservation and effect the required payment.
My issue with the two client codes has still not been resolved. The Webmaster did not, even as a matter of courtesy, respond to my emails. Please convey my appreciation to Mrs Khoza and Mr Mncina - I wish SanParks had more employees like them!

I wonder if you could pass our thanks on to the Sanparks Pretoria Reservation staff.
My Dave likes to do things the old fashioned way, like he has always done in the 40yrs of going to the park. That is to phone.
We have been slowly getting our December reservation just how we like it, which has meant a few changes here and there and when he phones Pretoria, the staff are always so pleasant, kind and efficient in helping us change and exchange our dates.
We are waiting for just one change now and hoping to find a vacancy at Mata Mata for the 31st. We will keep looking, but if you wouldn't mind passing our thanks over to the staff and telling them how we appreciate their patience and all they do for us elderly folk.
