Hello. I have some bookings in August for the Kruger. Since some months I did a few changes of accommodations. Since the last change a few days ago I find that note at my existing reservations:

You have reservations that cannot be modified on the web. Please contact the call center, during office hours (Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00).

Note that only future dated reservations will be available online.

Why is it not possible to change my reservations anymore, since I am waiting for a few accommodations to become available.

Many thanks in advance for help.

Good day, forum!

I'm running into a bit of a problem booking online. My first camp will be Biyamiti, and I was hoping to make the trek north to Mopani for my second camp. The system won't let me book as it says the distance is too great, but I've travelled from Biyamiti to Letaba on previous trips and made it before check-in, and well before gate close. Am I able to make the booking via phone/email to Reservations, or am I really misreading my chances to making it from 1 camp to another and should stay elsewhere?

Thank you

Stark, not sure any of the other methods will allow the booking either but then I haven't personally tried to do anything like that?
Biyamiti to Mopani is 273kms, a long drive for sure and not one I would really recommend.
Can also depend on what time of year it will be for with the changing gate opening/closing times as that can make quite a big difference.
One has to also factor in stops for meals, comfort breaks, sightings and of course the inevitable ellie or buffalo road blocks which eat into your time.
I would advise staying somewhere half way and make it a lot less stressful and more enjoyable.

Thanks Elsa. Mrs. Stark agrees with you, so I'm going to look at other options.
