Thank you team Shingwedzi

Following the disappointment after the Tindlovu restaurant celebratory dinner that didn’t materialise, we were very touched to receive a congratulatory card from you all.
Thank you to Albert, the housekeeper, who came to see us once we had settled in. Also to our cleaner lady who put flowers in our room :D You made our visit much more memorable for the right reasons. :D :D

Thank you also for returning our red folder that we had mislayed. It is very reassuring to know that personal belongings are kept safe and returned by your staff.

Thank you Shimuwini

Thank you to the team at Shimuwini for making our recent visit during our golden wedding celebratory so memorable.

In particular we say a big thank you to Nelga who was responsible for cleaning no.10 for taking so much trouble in laying a beautiful table, using items from her home, to make it so special.

She took a lot of pride in decorating our chalet too. Your thoughtfulness, Nelga, will remain with us for a long time :gflower: :D

It was such a delightful surprise. :D :D :gflower:

Thank you Satara

Thank you to the team at Satara for making our final night of our golden anniversary trip in the Kruger so memorable.

The beautifully decorated rondavel, with the scattered petals, flowers, ornamental trimmings on the beds, was a delightful surprise. Even petals around the basin and on the loo!! Tea candles too.
:D :D :D
We were so pleased to be able to thank Nonhlanhla Ntlemo and her colleague, Linhlo Sithole, in person when they came round the next morning. Ladies, you rounded off our visit in the best way possible, knowing that you had such fun in decorating G 167 and made a video of it. :gflower: :gflower: :D :D

I got so good service in my trip at MZNP, Addo and Stormsriver rest camp from all staff members - Thank you :gflower:

But there are always some super heros :D

Jeanie Botha @ MZNP reception is truly a gem :gflower:
She knows her park and serves customers with so positive attitude
Every time we met her was a joy

Richard and Andrew the rangers @ MZNP are one of the best or maybe the best rangers whom I have ever met :gflower:
They know wildlife and share the information with customers when ever met - like you see those guys outside of the shop -> you'll get some good information
They want customers to have amazing moments, they really make super extra effort to find animals even in very difficult conditions
They were smiling all the time :D Even when Richard got heavy hail storm towards him in our evening drive, he kept smiling :D

The camp attendant King @ Nyathi rest camp Addo is so unique :gflower:
From the moment you arrive to Nyathi, he takes care of you in very personal way
Every evening he visits every unit and shares information / checks all is good
We had some brilliant chat with him :D
There are many people in hospitality industry who could learn from him :D
