Notice: Braai Season at Silvermine West

Dear Visitors,

Please be advised that the Braai season at Silvermine will be officially closed as of 01 October 2023 due to the upcoming fire season.

No braai-ing is allowed by means of wood, charcoal, gas, or any other heating method. The risk of fire is too great in the Silvermine section of Table Mountain National Park, therefore no fires are to be made in the area.

Picnic users can still enjoy their braai in Tokai, Newlands, and Oudekraal picnic sites.
