SANparks overcharge - not responding to email

Hi,

I believe sanparks may have overcharged me for my recent Kruger stay. I have sent a few emails to Sanparks over the past two weeks with no response. Are there any escalation channels to ensure i get a response?

Calling the office isn't ideal as I'm in Canada so I'm hoping to get another email to escalate my concerns. Any help is much appreciated

Hi,

Unfortunately, i have yet to receive any support from sanparks for my reimbursement request. Are there any other emails or contacts that i can escalate my case to? The lack of any correspondence since submitting my request has been very disappointing. At a minimum just acknowledgement that my request was received would be appreciated.

Would appreciate any help on this matter.
