Use Wildcard in Swaziland

Unread post by tschaap »

I have a wildcard and want to use it in Swaziland.
Can you tell me at which NP in Swaziland I can use the card?

Thank you and kind regards.
Tom
We are traveling Overland with our car from Cape Town to The Netherlands to meet different people and cultures. But most of all, enjoy its landscapes and visit NP's to see wildlife in there natural habitat.

You can use the wild card at all Big Game Parks in Swaziland, i.e., all parks run by Big Game. These are Hlane, Mlilwane and Mkhaya. Wild card is not used at the national parks run the Swaziland National Trust where you would be required to pay normal entry fees.

Wich National Reseves with use of Wildcard

Unread post by tschaap »

Hello Forum,

Is there somewhere on the site of Sanparks a list of National Reserves I can visit with my Wildcard? I can only find the NP's list.
Becausewe are traveling now from Kruger to Capetown, we like to visit also some NR's with our card. When I know wich Reserves are availeble, I can plan my route all the way down.

Thank ypu in advance and kind regards.

Hi tschaap
Just remember that the partner parks require you to produce your Wild Card letter of confirmation, in order to see when it expires (they do not have access to the online Wild Card data that SANParks does.)

Wishing you a wonderful trip.

Dear all
With entrance to Kgalagadi at Mata MataMata, do we need a Wild Card as well? Planned route: Mata mata - Rooi Puts - Nossob - Bitterpan - Urikarus - MataMata
thanks

Hello Inkosana,

Yes you need a Wild Card there or you pay for daily conservation fees. I give you the link where you found all information about the Wild Card.

Best regards

I read today, that Nisela Safaris changed the name, now Kamsholo busveld safaris and is part of the Big Game Parks of Eswathini.

Means that is also included in wildcard?

This is the reply I received from Wildcard

Unfortunately at the moment KaMsholo is not part of Wildcard, it is still under process.
We will probably be ready to accept Wildcards from 1st September 2022.
