Day trip booking with wildcard

Unread post by HawkI »

I am visiting the park next week and want to make sure that I am not turned away at the gate due to the park reaching its quota.

I understand there is an online day trip booking process but nowhere in the check-out do I have the option to specify that I am a wildcard holder. Are wildcard holders expected to pay the daily access fee if they book their visits online?

Good Afternoon Hawk

Hope you are well. There is a certain fee that Sanparks charges for pre booking of day visits, so when you do go to book, it will ask under the number of adults and children if you want to add conservation fees, which is the daily conservation fee, and you being a WILDCARD holder will not have to tick that box, so no conservation fee will be added, but the pre booking fee will apply.

If you did not have a WILDCARD, you will have to pay for the pre booking plus the daily conservation fee, and if you do own a WILDCARD, than only the pre booking fee.

Hope this helps.

Enjoy your trip to the Park
