I was sure that response would be forthcoming from the judges .... I was wondering if a more considered response might come from the forum.... and I was hoping for someone to show me that I'm wrong...?

There is really no point in trying to get forum members involved in such a discussion. Please don't.

What if I'm Totally wrong here .... I really would like to know....
What if I'm right and thousands of people sifted through photos to find some that complied with requirements and presented their valuable property for public scrutiny in the hopes that they might receive reward for their hours of effort..... only to be excluded by someone who spent some money on software and 3 or 4 minutes with their mouse. (in fact there are software packages that cost nothing but a download, that can perform quite well .... but we won't advertise here...)
