Private Messages:

- Where do I find my PMs; how do I respond? How do I send a PM to a member?

3. To send a PM to a member, you can look at a post of theirs, to the right, where the name and avatar displays, is 'contact'. One can either send a PM, or email via these links. The latter will only be available if members have selected to receive emails on their profile:

Another way to send a PM:

If you wondered what happened to the old private message button on the new layout you just click on the posters name on the left top of the post and it will take you to the posters profile.

Just select "Sent private message" and go ahead posting as in the past .

- Where is the Edit post button; where is the Quote button on a post; and where to report a post:


1. The Edit button is the little 'pencil' icon top right of your post.

2. Top right of the post. ! to report a post; and the " to quote the post.

- While I type my post, how can I read the last posts on the topic?

1. Scroll down, and you will see 'Topic Review' - select to read last posts on the topic.

When you review a topic, to the right (cut off of pic) is an option to Expand, or Collapse the posts.

- How to post an Attachment using Drag and Drop


1. You can either attach a picture (remember it needs to be max 800pix wide ) by selecting the file on your pc using the 'Add files' (browse your pc via this link) button;

(Scroll down to just below the posting window)

or you can Drag and Drop the picture:

To do this you need to have the folder the pic is in open. Select the pic by right click of mouse, hold the button down and drag the picture into the posting window on the forums. It will also work if your forum window (browser) has been shrunk, (with the posting window open), and is showing on the task bar - just drag the pic to the browser icon on the task bar.

2. Scroll down a little and you will see the file upload. You can add a number of files to a post. Click your cursor in your post body where you want the file to be placed, select the 'place inline' to add it to the post.

3. It is easy to copy and paste the attachments should they end up not exactly where you would wish them in the post.

(Attachments do not show in the quote of the post, nor if you copy the post to elsewhere.)

- Selecting either icon if red (on view new posts, or active posts etc) will take you to the first unread post. Blue indicates no new posts.

How do I access the forums from the homepage?

1. Go to 'Interact'
2. Click 'Join our Forums'
3. Note the quick links to some of the forums.

How do I post a video on the forums?

1. You copy shortcut on the name of the video you want to post which will look like this:

2. Select the "youtube icon" at the top of the post reply box and paste the copy shortcut address between the the two like this:

3. Delete the info of the url address to be left with only this (dcdz6qsE2jQ)

4. What you get is a video to enjoy .
