A lizard that I need some ID help with, please?

Is this a western rock skink?

Seen in KTP in early November 2012.

Arks, the skink is definitely a Western Rock Skink. They vary a lot, and come in any colour from a golden brown, to pitch black, and then you have ones that are patchy gold and black, etc. The females and young males are actually easier to identify although they also vary a bit.
