I agree with Desert Dassie

The staff at the Fairie Glenn satellite office is very efficient, even if you change your booking. I was assisted by Ms D Steyn more than once and each interaction with her was good as she is customer focused

Guides and staff at Phalaborwa gate are outstanding!

Unread post by threedogs » Sat Sep 15, 2012 9:24 am

We are in transit home from a three week stay in KNP which was totally incredible. Our last evening in the park was one of our most memorable occasions in over a decade of visiting Africa. All down to the wonderful efforts of Donovan, Lourens (and lovely friend) and Craig who organised a special drive and sundowners experience for myself and SO. They went out of their way to fulfil a special request and it was beyond expectations. Craig was a terrific guide on the drive and to top the night off a magnificent male leopard graced us with his relaxed presence on our ramble back to the gate.
These guys are passionate and enthusiastic and a great credit to Sanparks. Thank you all. :gflower:

Good idea Shingwedzi

Unread post by MichaelWildtuin » Fri Oct 05, 2012 9:29 pm

At Shingwedzi we found a card in our chalet titled something like Quick-fix. It told you in a friendly way just to fill in the card with any problems you encounter in the chalet and drop it at reception. They will then fix it as soon as possible.
Good idea

Also they left a notice on the wall explaining why the monkeys were a problem and why you should put a chair in front of your fridge.

Good service which leaves a good impression!

Titus - manager at Balule

Unread post by ndloti » Mon Oct 08, 2012 10:52 am

Titus deserves praise for his attitude and the efficient running of Balule .
KNP is sacred. I am opposed to the modernisation of Kruger and from the depths of my soul long for the Kruger of yesteryear! 1000+km on foot in KNP incl 56 wild trails.200+ nights in the wildernessndloti-indigenous name for serval.

Agreed :D Last year he went out of his way to find us a decent spot ( they were revamping the camp site and he let us use a new site that had not been opened yet as some campers had taken more than one site Always friendly and recognised us from previous visits
