To me it looks like a Jackal maybe the cam angle made it look strange or like a cat?

Just watched this herd from a few metres away in the hide. That bull on the right had a broken right horn and was really checking us out!

I have asked our colleagues at Orpen to adjust the floodlight's aim at the waterhole a bit as it was missing the area behind the waterhole at night. A friendly critter/baboon  'adjusted' the flood light's aim a bit causing the area behind the waterhole to be very dark/underexposed at night.

I think my colleague in picture was just checking the aim of the flood light after adjusting it back to its normal/original position...a bit dangerous to do it after dark! :naughty:

Thanks Orpen Tech Team!
