This is a pic, shortly before wildebeests, zebras and an impala appeared at Satara.

Nevertheless, it looks like a lion to me, please help!!! :lol:

Katja have a look at the "empty" photo. Next to the "tree" there is only a tree stump. In your photo it looks like a second tree.

Maybe slender mongoose tail, too, but they normally keep them low. :hmz:

I went looking for two similar pictures. The first one is a hyena (came in a sequence and they were clearly recognizable in the other photo) and the second a lion. Looks like pretty much the same webcam angle than last night. At first I though hyena as well, but comparing yesterday's capture with the above, I'm with RP.
