Frog: Arum Lily

Unread post by Goggo EJ » Sat Apr 25, 2009 11:36 am

I need to name a SA frog which displays flash colouration - but cannot find anything in the books I have available, or on internet. Can anyone help me?

Hi ecojunkie

An example of a South African frog that uses flash colours is the arum lily frog.

I see that you are based at Crocodile Bridge in Kruger, what a privilege!!! I am an ex-gameranger that became a teacher but I will always love the bush especially Kruger, because I spent one year working there as Anthony Hall-Martin's student technician. My contemporary was Don English who I'm sure you know is the section ranger at Malelane. What kind of work are you doing there at Croc Bridge?

Regards

Howard

Howard - many thanks!

I am an Honorary Ranger, so helping out with various things around camp, but mainly working with the guides as I am DEAT registered. It is an immense priviledge.... And yes, I know Don too.
