Unread post by DinkyBird » Wed Feb 18, 2015 9:34 pm

This camp will be opening during this year, so let us give it's own topic. Wonder who will be first to stay there and give us a full report back :D

I have been there, and would love to go back and see how they have upgraded/changed things. Lovely place with great views.
Smiling is contagious. Start an epidemic today!

Have you read the entrance permit? Do you KNOW the Conditions of Entry?

Completed over 7 years in Kruger in my caravan.

If I was normal I wouldn't be me!

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to a tip from arks, I was probably one of the last to book a night at TEBA before Sanparks took over. Absolutely wonderful place to start a day of sightseeing. As I mentioned in my TR, at the beginning of the day I had all of the Pafuri area to myself. :D I'm sure it'll be very popular when it opens.

Very  RayK  I missed staying there in 2012 by only two months  (I had three nights booked, but had been forewarned that the camp might be closing and it did). This past year I tried staying at a very rustic place right outisde of Pafuri gate and while I really enjoyed that time when I had Pafuri (amost) all to myself, I'd much prefer to be staying IN the park. So I'll be very eager to visit the new TEBA, as the Pafuri area and Crooks Corner are my favourite part of the park.
