I don't think that the flanks are speckled as it should be in Pririt Batis.

If you look at my photos of the male Chinspot you will also notice some grey marks under the wing which I think is more present in your bird than grey speckles on the flanks.

I'd go with male Chinspot Batis.

Yes this one shows just grey and not speckled, now to see if I can remember :
