It looks like a Southern Grey-headed Sparrow to me Jesscan1? I hope DotDan and Wildtuinman pop in here soon! :D

The second picture confirms Grey Headed Sparrow in my estimation

as I looked at some images from behind and there is no typical fork whatsoever but then it might develope later ??? anyway thanks. appreciated. :)
