Bronze-winged Coursers

Unread post by M Collard » Tue Jul 24, 2012 10:05 pm

Hi: not sure how much this is of interest but we have had two roosting in deep woodland just outside Pretoriouskop on H 1 1; books we have suggest a good bird in winter in South: was watching a LG Bee-eater when I found them about twenty yards further back: luck only;I have a distant image which I can post when back home. Got this one with another one just south of Satara last month. The light was very bad, so had to ramp the ISO up quite a bit.
