I would go with Tawny Eagles, and the one in the middle pic looks like the pale form.

The last two I would also say Tawny, but the first pic is too small so I can't make out the detail. It could very well be a young African Hawk-Eagle.

Here is one I spotted in Kruger in April 2015 if anyone can help please, the pictures are both of the same bird.
