Glen Reenen rest camp

Unread post by Nadineinafrica » Mon Feb 29, 2016 4:44 pm

I am thinking of camping at Glen Reenen rest camp in Golden Gate in June. Will it be too cold for a tent with possibility of snow?

Good possibility of frost - even milk will be frozen the next morning if left outside a fridge. You will need a very good sleeping bag for camping in a tent. Snow can be possible on the mountain peaks. Check out snow reports to get more info closer to the time, but its more expected in July.
