Travelling from east london on the R63 to the karoo national park in 2 weeks time via bedford and cradock ; is there a good place after cradock where to stop for a meal before taking the R61 to the N1?

Hi jayefe,

Why are you going via Cradock and not continuing on the R63 through Somerset East? :hmz:

Kind regards,

If you have time to do so, how about having a meal at the restaurant at the restaurant at Mountain Zebra NP, Jayefe ?
Mountain Zebra National Park is situated about 12km from the town of Cradock in the Eastern Cape. Cradock is accessible via the N10 highway and the Park is situated on the R61 between Cradock and Graaff-Reinet. There are signposts within the town of Cradock to direct you to the Park.

From here :

Great food :D and a lovely drive from the gate to get to the reception area where the restaurant is situated.
