Thanks Nick

Oh no MM!! It is so easy to run out of battery and memory in MZNP because the park is a constant hive of activity - there is ALWAYS some little creature to photograph!! It's such a pity that you missed those shots - a great excuse to go back asap though ;)

Punda birding weekend November 2016 :P :P :P

I say 'no bail to poachers', name and shame them, even at a sniff of suspicion. Lets get rid of them quickly

YIPPEE, IT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL, EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A HELLUVA LONG TIME TO LOAD ONTO TINYPIC.

Other than the sprringbok who had to relieve itself in the presence of human witnesses, we also saw some really nice sightings. judge for yourself: these are the pics :cam:

@Bartman -Thanx! We first saw the cheetahs on the edge of the dam near the house halfway between the camp and the turnoff to the Ubejane loop. They disappeared into the bush and we went off to do the Ubejane loop. We returned 1,5 hours later and found that they were on the other side of the road, and had just killed a springbok.(no other vehicles present) :wall: It pays to be patient and hang around a bit!

@Haupie - You are right with the cheetah and blackie sightings! We were in MZ from the 11th to 14th June, so I think we overlapped with your visit!

@BB - I am always  about those forumites who stay close to MZ, Karoo, KTP and Kruger!

@ Pumbaa - thanx! MZ is a special park!

I forgot to include this pic with the others. Found these cuties on the Ubejane loop!

After seeing your "flying Springbok", wanderw, I thought I must show you this pic of a "drunk Springbok". And, no it's not Ricky January
