We have been to KTP three times, but never had such good cat sightings. Will definitely have to go again (and again).

Thank you for your kind comments, they are very much appreciated. An article in the latest Getaway magazine had stats showing the number of lions in Africa had dropped from 200,000 to 23,000 in the last 50 years. I guess it's a case of 'take your children to see the lions now", it could be too late in another few years.

Wow! what great photos. -- Well done
I was in KTP last in Nov 2014 - went especially to get photos of animals on the Red sand dunes but came back rather empty handed as they were all in the river beds or in the grass on the dunes??? So your photo of those 2 lions walking up the dune makes me rather envious :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
