MM, what a sighting   , we witnessed a very similar sighting, when staying at Tsendze last July, mom came back from a night of hunting, probably exhausted, she lay down in the road, and her 2 pups came and suckled her and all 3 of them fell asleep. We were honoured and privileged to spend time at this particular sighting :gflower: :gflower: once again the Kruger never disappoints

:) Being in Kruger during the birth of the new Impalas is good. It is now the time for them to start arriving.

The Mahonie loop is my favourite road. It somehow just seems so different to all the other roads in the Park.

I went searching for some photographs through my archives and couldn't find any of the loop itself. So while we are up North, I would love to visit Punda Maria again. I met a mite here once. I don't think either of us were part of the forums at the time.

I think that right now, I would like to be sitting at the Letaba restaurant, having a toasted chicken mayo sandwich, and watching the comings and goings to the river!!!!
