Now Carol I just knew I had got it wrong :hmz:

Out seeing clients instead, but the two of us do a lot of chatting together......about.....of course, Kruger Park and our future trips and how many nights and what roads to drive and, and, and. :D

What do you think of this plan for December 2015? (Yes we always plan early, part of the fun) All camping.

5 nights Punda
5 nights Shingwedzi
5 nights Tsendze
5 nights Maroela
3 nights Berg n Dal
2 nights Karoo National Park

Anyway thats what we would like, just got to book and pay for it.

Tessa, I would try and fit in Balule somewhere. Still my favourite camp.

I jumped on the scale this morning, and it has to be the fault of all those rusks and picnic goodies I am enjoying here. Carol, please hide the Patriotic juice away from me. I do believe it is quite fattening.

I would love to do Shipandani MM but I would have to get a group of people to do it with me. I am looking forward to hearing all about your adventure.

Trrp, I doubt if we would spot anything in all that lush bush, except maybe these two. They always provide me with some wonderful entertainment.

Low cal juice? what a brilliant idea. That should suit us down to the ground Carol. Especially after the custard slices this weekend.

Those guinea fowl do make me chuckle. We have some here at home and they got so many chicks at the moment. Their call is such a reminder of the bush!

We considered Balule, but Dave is worried about me and the heat. I do struggle with it, but make adjustments...wet towel round my shoulders, spray bottle of water etc and he feels being in the Olifants valley may be just a bit too hot for me in the December months. What do you all think?

Tessa, I'm not sure what advice to give you, I also suffer in the heat and am not a pleasent person to be around when its very hot,so I must agree with Dave on this one

We are longing to stay at Tsendze, so those 5 days with no electricity for our fan will be the test. Give that a go and if I am OK with it and can cope with the heat, then maybe on another trip.

Unfortunately we cannot take our leave any other time, other than Decembe, but it is incredibly beautiful then and just love the drives with everything green and all the bird life, especially the Woodies Trrrpy. They are just Kruger in the summer.
