Thanks for the welcome everyone :D

I've got a different sort of trip in mind for next time last time it was more of a family reunion and we stayed at Roodewal this time it'll be just us so we hope to stay in the camps and move around a bit more that way it should be a bit cheaper and we will see more of the park and hopefully meet some people in the camps.

Loads of time to change our minds about where we go but the planning is almost as good as the holiday

Welcome SammyA. How exciting to be planning a trip back here and including a visit to Kruger . I agree, the planning is almost as exciting as the trip, and you have cleverly ensured that you will get the maximum out of it!! I'm sure you will have a wonderful time!

I've lurked on this forum for a while but now I've talked hubby into another South Africa trip I thought I would join and introduce myself.

Was born in South Africa but have lived in the UK for a long time now (17 years now  ). We're planning a trip early 2015 (am I crazy to be planning this far ahead?), probably Kruger for a week and then a second week somewhere else. I've only been to Kruger once before which was one of the best times of my life, so I can't wait to introduce the kids to the Kruger (big son came last time but he was only 2).

A very, very warm welcome :gflower:

enjoy each moment of planning.
