today so far is warm, and they say it will get to about 30C in Poloks. There are some clouds that looks like they can bring us rain later today.

We had a HUGE thunderstorm during the night, now back to blue skies!

Some parts had more than 100mm of rain during the night and huge damage done on some of the farms.

Bright sunshine - expect 32C later today with scattered thundershowers. No wind and no clouds yet!

Quite mild today, here in the Chilterns, UK.

Will be back in Swaziland next month, with a trip to KNP. Can't wait!

A very welcome 175 mm since the beginning of February. We must have had over 400 mm this season. The Erfenis dam near us, where I do a lot of birding and fishing, had 10 % water last year this time. It is up to 70% capacity now. The dam is bigger than the Hartebeespoort dam which is an indication of the amount of rain we have received.
