I'm am clapping my hands because I am happy that I once logged onto the SANParks site to book accommodation, spotted the cams and then read "if you want to know more, why not ask at the forums"......................and the rest, as they say, is history!!!

I have met 100 mites over the last 3 years, and a few of them (you know who you are) have become close friends!!!

Also clapping my hands because five weeks today I will be putting the final items in our cases!!!

Firstly I am very blessed to be able to afford a holiday and especially a holiday in the Kruger, secondly tomorrow will be 9 weeks till our "dream" becomes reality, thirdly due to the fact that I think I am suffering from OCD   most of the items on our Kruger list have been ticked off and lastly all my Christmas shopping has been done and by done I mean bought, wrapped and labeled. Seeing that we will be in Tamboti on Christmas Day what a good place to be when we open our gifts :hmz: :hmz: :hmz:

I am happy. I am going to KNP in December 13 - 16 but only for three nights. So I'm happy but you know, a little unhappy as well. I'm happy because I see birds and things in my garden but I'm unhappy because nothing is eating what I'm putting out. So sorry to be the party pooper here - just call me Marvin ne.

Cheers - Ed

What a really lovely happy topic, you guys rock.

You really do make this forum such a very precious part of my life, and a special place to be able to come to to share so much we have in common, and our love for SANParks!

I am happy for that, for so many of the wonderful reasons stated here (Moobox, what are you feeding your birds? Bird food?).

I am also VERY happy that on Friday morning early (fingers crossed) SO and I head off on a trip we had planned for last month, but had to postpone due to SO being rushed to ER and having emergency surgery a few days before we were due to leave. We are going to visit the |Ai-|Ais/Richtersveld Transfrontier Park, and this will be the 20th South African National Park we will have visited.

I am happy that I found this thing called a forum on the Sanparks website, I am a bit computer illiterate, it took me forever (and still not there yet) to learn how this whole thing works.
The contributions made by the members are outstanding, this forum motivates me to proceed to the next day, I sometimes get up in the middle of the night to see what the rest of the forum members are up to.
It is so nice to be in the company of like minded people.
I now own a yellow ribbon  and hope you all stop me on the road or visit me at my campsite when you see us :D

Isn't it just amazing how potatoes give us fries and vodka? :D The rest of the vegetables should get their act together :rtm:

So when is old enough to know better supposed to kick in ? :hmz:
